Ambassador Christian Academy Summer Camp has a NO REFUND policy that affects not only camp weeks but before/after care, and elective trips. However, unusual medical situations or family emergencies will be considered with proper documentation on an individual basis.
All 2010 camp fees must be paid in full no later than June 12, 2010 in order for a child to attend camp. Additional weeks, before and/or after care, and/or electives cannot be added to the camper’s schedule unless his/her present account is paid in full.
Staff members, Camp Directors, or the office will NOT accept permission slips and payment for off-site elective trips the morning of any trip, as admission fees and bus needs are prearranged in advance.
In claiming childcare expenses on your 2010 income taxes please contact the school office for a receipt.
Children must bring an insulated lunch bag or box containing a clearly marked snack, lunch and beverage with an ice pack if applicable each day (no glass containers).
Camp tee-shirts must be worn daily. Campers will be issued one Camp tee-shirt. Additional shirts may be purchased at $10.00 each.
Campers must bring a backpack with a bathing suit, towel, and flip-flop sandals each day. Campers should always dress in comfortable play clothes and sneakers. Heelies (sneakers with wheels) are prohibited and sandals are discouraged. Remember, camp’s on rain or shine!
Cell phones, I-pods, hand held games, and other electronic type devices are prohibited during camp.
Please label all campers’ belongings as Ambassador Christian Academy Summer Camp is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. Lost and found items must be claimed by August 16, 2010 or they will be donated to charity.
Camp registrations and fees for elective programs, and before/after care cannot be accepted by any staff member or director, but must be processed through the Office.
To report a camper’s absenteeism on any registered day, please call the office directly
If a person (other than noted on the application form) is going to pick up a camper at the end of the camp day or aftercare program, a note from the parent/guardian MUST be sent in with the camper that morning or faxed to the attention of the Summer Camp at 732-349-0731. For your child’s protection, verbal notices are unacceptable. The office has the right to request verification of private information to ascertain that the parent/guardian is in fact who they say they are.
