MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS SOFTBALL COACH

The Middle School Girls Softball Coach will be responsible for training and managing our Girls JV Softball Team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience coaching softball, maintain a good rapport with the athletes, and model a Christlike example in practice and game settings.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• effectively train athletes in a Christ-centered atmosphere, motivating students to do their best for the glory of God
• managing practices and scheduled games, averaging twice a week (ex. Friday practice, Monday game)
• travel to and from our home court and away games
• overseeing maintenance of softball equipment and jerseys
• involvement in any post-season tournaments that are qualified for (end of October-early November)
• maintain consistent communication with parents and athletes
• ascribe to and perform all duties in accordance with Ambassador Christian Academy's Statement of Faith and Employee Role Model Standards
