ACA Cafe

Payment options - 3 ways to pay for food at ACA Cafe. We have made it simple and convenient whichever method you choose. 

 

Which ever option you choose, I highly recommend creating an online Payschools account so you can check your child's lunch balance and have access to their purchase history. See the attached documents for the user friendly instructions. You will need your student's Payschool ID number, which you can request from Chef Tina or call the ACA front office. 

 

Option 1) Send in cash in an envelope or ziplock clearly marked with Cafe and student's name. Whatever amount you send in will be loaded onto the student's account and will be available for Cafe purchases.

 

Option 2) Send in a check, again clearly marked with Cafe and Student's name. Same as above. 

 

Option 3) Pay with a credit or debit card on our Payschoolscentral.com software. See the attached documents for instructions and pertinent information. You can choose to manually load money on the software, or an auto-refill where you set the parameters (a set it and forget it feature).
